There is no better way to start your day at Petco than breakfast in the Bon Appetit café. Enjoy the lighter side of breakfast with fresh fruit or yogurt parfaits with local honey or try something a little warmer like a cage free egg omelet or breakfast burrito with house made salsa. In a hurry – grab a ready-made breakfast sandwich and hot cup of Starbucks coffee.

KETTLES
Starting with our house-made stocks we’ll create a variety of different soups, stews and chilis. This station will also feature a daily sides like cumin black beans or brown rice. The perfect complement to a meal or something you’ve brought from home.
BUILD YOUR OWN SALAD BAR
Always available and always a healthy destination the build your own salad bar offers a variety of local greens and seasonal ingredients from local farmers whenever possible. As the seasons change, so will the ingredients. Need some inspiration, try some our chef’s composed salads as well. Our dressings and other toppings complete the package, and are always made in house.
FRESCO
Looking for the next level of a salad station – our Fresco station offers the customization of a salad station with the appeal of an exhibition station. Enhancements at this station may include premium proteins, assorted legumes or local roasted vegetables. Look for regional features to be a staple here as we profile a different side of salad.
GLOBAL
This station is unmatched in creativity and sense of flair! Utilizing the custom tandoor oven or wok station the sky is the limit in combinations you may see here. Bold flavors and authentic spices will be the norm, along with made to order naan bread, grilled meats and small batch stir fry. By bringing the kitchen out to your employees we invite them to see our ingredients and techniques up close and first hand. And our small batch cooking allows us to customize dishes for guests preferences and dietary restrictions, without compromising freshness and authenticity.
OVENS
Come visit the ovens station and watch our talented staff top your favorite traditional pizzas and flatbreads, as well as your soon-to-be favorite non-traditional ones. House made sauces, artisan cheeses and local ingredients can all be seen each day this station is open. The hearth’s fire power doesn’t stop there – panko crusted mac-n-cheese or melted mozzarella lasagna have never had a happier home.
GRILL
From house made marinades, fresh ground spice rubs, to natural beef and antibiotic free chicken – the grill has never looked so good. Guests may be drawn in by our traditional favorites like a cheeseburger or tuna melt, but may come away with a grilled salmon & arugula sandwich – whichever way your mood carries you, know that items are prepared as you order them and to your liking. Want to customize it even further – look behind you at our condiment bar with house made aioli’s, salsas and more.
EXPRESS
You’re busy, we get it. Rest easy knowing that Bon Appetit wants to make sure that “in a hurry” doesn’t mean compromising quality or variety. Select from an assortment of packaged sandwiches, salads and more ranging from a turkey and cheese to a multi grain heirloom vegetable salad.
SWEETS
Looking to satisfy a sweet tooth – choose from house baked cookies and other snacks.
HYRDATION STATION
Hydrate the healthy way! Our hydration station offers a variety of refreshing fruit and herb-infused waters as well as seasonal agua frescas made with fresh, honest ingredients and never high fructose corn syrup. And don't forget to bring your own cup for a fountain beverage and it's only $0.79 a visit!
